Ragnar
Th.Sigurðsson specialises in photography of nature and travel
in the Arctic, including Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland
and the Northwest Territories/Nunavut of Canada. He reached the
North Pole in 1995. Among his motives in an archive of 130,000
photos are geological formations in Iceland, volcanoes, geothermal
activity, different landforms, waterfalls and glaciers, wildlife
and the flora

Ragnar
Th. Sigurðsson and ARI TRAUSTI GUÐMUNDSSON ( b. 1948 ) who
is a free-lance writer, TV-producer and geophysicist (educated in
Norway and Iceland) accept assignments involving photography and
writing on subjects like volcanism, geothermal activity and utilisation,
geologial or glaciological phenomena plus wilderness travel in the
Arctic.
