Ragnar Th. Sigurðsson has participated in many photographic exhibitions and in 1996, he held a large exhibition in the Kópavogur Art Museum and the following year another one in Nuuk, Greenland, and in the Faroe Islands in 1999. Ragnar has participated in dozens of joint exhibitions with other Icelandic photographers. In 1997, the Icelandic TV made a documentary programme on Ragnar and his work. Ragnar has received three CLIO awards
